The charming vintage decor was delightful, but navigating the narrow staircases without an elevator was inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent stay due to the central location.

Not for the faint of heart
The location was solid, right between the train station and downtown, like it was meant to be there. The room was spacious enough for a couple, not much more than I expected but it got the job done.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

The comfort level could be improved.

It was just a balanced option for a mini-break over the weekend in Baltimore with good value. The refrigerator had some old, rotting ice cream treats that made me want to leave immediately. Spend a little extra and find a better place to stay.

missingWrote a review on 06 Septstale odorpoor cleanlinessbad condition
The room was filled with a stale cigarette odor, despite a no smoking sign. Cleanliness was severely lacking. the bathroom was unkempt with previous guests' notes visible, while the shower was stained. The refrigerator contained old ice cream bars that reeked, which was the final reason for my early departure.

Had a great time with friends at this place! We loved visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor Marina and enjoyed the stunning exhibits at the National Aquarium. It’s perfect for a fun group trip. Just a heads up, the building might look historic, but be ready for some quirks. Overall, we had a solid experience and would recommend it for a group getaway!
One downside was the noisy heater in our room, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. It definitely could use some updating.

perfect spot for exploring baltimore's iconic parks and museums
During my recent stay, I loved how close everything was, especially the national aquarium and the historic ships, which were both less than 2 km away and made my city strolls so much fun. it truly felt like the heart of the city being near such amazing sights, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the deluxe queen room I stayed in, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

Not a great choice
Honestly, I was looking forward to this stay since the location seemed nice, but the moment I walked in, it felt like a smoking lounge. The bathroom was a mess, no toilet paper, and the fridge had some gross old ice cream stuck inside. Plus, the WiFi was practically useless.
